UJI EFEKTIVITAS EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN BELUNTAS (Pluchea IndicaL.) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI Streptococcus Pyogenes ATCC 19615 SECARA IN VITRO

چکیده

Daun beluntas(Plucheaindica L.) dinyatakan mengandung metabolit sekunder yang efektif sebagai antiinfeksi. Penyakit infeksi disebabkan oleh bakteri Streptococcuspyogenes berdampak serius terhadap perkembangan penyakit faringitisakut hingga endocarditis mengancam jiwa. Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk membuktikan efektivitas ekstraketanol daun beluntas antibakteri S.pyogenes. Uji pada konsentrasi 25%,50%,dan75%, dengan kontrol positif Amoksisilin 30µg serta kontrolnegatif etanol96% dilakukan S.pyogenesATCC 19615 metode cakram disk. fitokimia adanya kelompok senyawa aktifpada ekstrakuji. Diameterzona hambatdiukur hari kedua setelah inkubasibakteri. hambat yangterbentuk secara berurutan adalah 8 mm, 10,5 dan 17,5 mm. Untuk mengetahui efekperlakuan, analisis UjiKruskal-Wallis didapatkan nilaip=0,0001, adanyakorelasi peningkatan dosisterhadap efek Independent SamplesTest Mann Whitney.Ekstraketanol (Plucheaindica L.)memiliki daya kadar 25%,50%, dan75% pertumbuhan Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC 19615.
